Ben Washington
Ben is a Director & a Founding Partner at Maphosa & Associates. He is an admitted & practising attorney of the High Courts of the Republic of South Africa.
Ben has 11 years experience in general law practice. He specializes in Labour Law & has a record of Labour Court, CCMA, & Bargaining Council appearances, chairing disciplinary hearings & conducting labour relations workshops.
He is also qualified and experienced in Mediation, Construction Law (he talks to FIDIC, NEC JBCC), & Private Arbitrations as well as International Commercial Arbitrations (he talks to UNCITRAL RULES, MODEL LAW, NEW YORK & WASHINGTON CONVENTIONS).
He is an AFSA accredited Mediator, Adjudicator and Arbitrator.
